Placement Purpose

We are seeking enthusiastic ESL Teaching Assistants to join Angloville’s unique cultural exchange programmes in Poland during the summer. This temporary role requires a minimum 3-week commitment at stunning venues across the country.

No formal teaching qualifications are needed—mentors act as conversation partners, facilitating engaging activities that focus on language development and cultural exchange. The role emphasizes building confidence and communication skills in an informal, multicultural setting.

We’re looking for proactive, adaptable individuals with life, career, or travel experience who can bring energy and creativity to the programme. Mentors should be team players who also excel in independent, fast-paced environments.

Person Specification

To be considered, applicants should meet most of the following criteria:

C1/C2 level English communication skills: Strong verbal and written proficiency to engage effectively with participants.
Clear criminal record: Mandatory for working with Juniors.
Valid passport: For candidates travelling from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
Availability: Commitment to a 3/4 week assignment in the Summer, based in venues across Poland.
Educational background: Students or graduates in English, Teaching, or related fields are preferred.
Leadership experience: Experience as a Team Leader or mentor in education or a relevant field is highly desirable.
Positive and inspiring: Passionate about learning, with a positive attitude and excellent mentoring skills.
