POLAND: Entry requirements

You will be exempted from a 10-day quarantine upon entry if and only if you meet one of the following conditions:

  • You are fully vaccinated with all vaccine doses required and 14 days have passed since your final dose was administered. The vaccination must be certified by the EU digital COVID certificate, in Polish or English.
  • You have been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus no later than 6 months before the day of crossing the Polish border. You must present a medical certificate, issued in Polish or Englis.
  • You present a negative COVID-19 test result, confirmed with an EU COVID certificate or another document in Polish or English. Such a test must be performed no earlier than 48 hours before crossing the border.

(For all travellers from outside the European Union, Schengen Area, and Turkey arriving in Poland). You will be exempted from a 10-day quarantine upon entry if and only if you meet one of the following conditions:

  • You are fully vaccinated with all vaccine doses required and 14 days have passed since your final dose was administered (counting from the day following the last vaccination date), and your vaccination is certified by the EU digital COVID certificate or another document, in Polish or English, confirming vaccination with a vaccine that has been authorised in the European Union,
  • You have been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, no later than 6 months before the day of crossing the Polish border. You must present a document confirming that you had indeed been infected, issued in Polish or English; acceptable documents include the EU digital COVID certificate.
  • IMPORTANT: For travellers not meeting any of the above two criteria, providing a negative PCR or Antigen test is not sufficient to cross the Polish borders.
