Angloville is a unique immersive English language experience that offers unique cultural exchange programmes all across Europe. The programme pairs International English speakers with Local English Learners for one-one-one and/or two-on-one conversations and group activities designed to boost fluency and confidence. The Angloville programme is held in various locations around the world, including Poland, Italy, the UK, and Malta, and is open to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Overall, Angloville offers a chance to meet people from around the world and provides an exciting and engaging way to travel across Europe while also making new friends and exploring new cultures.
The Angloville Junior Programme in Malta is designed to offer English learner students a unique and immersive English language learning experience with international travellers of the same age. This is through conversation, cultural exchange, and fun-packed activities. In return, international participants like YOU get an amazing opportunity to meet European students and discover their culture & traditions. It will be one of the most exciting adventures of your life!
First, you will meet our Angloville Coordinators and all the International Participants directly at the venue. We will be waiting for you at the venue for lunch at 14:00 and checkin will start at 15:00. We will confirm all the important information in an info-pack (2-3 weeks before the programme starts).
Later in the afternoon, you will participate in games and the first speaking sessions.
Finally, you’ll check-in at our venue and enjoy some well-deserved rest after that exciting first day.
Each day you will take part in multiple 50-60 minute sessions. You will also work with your assigned local participant on a presentation and topic of their choice. They will present this at the end of the week.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) take an hour each, and there’s 1.5 hours of free time daily.
After a long day of sessions and activities, you will have a chance to rest and enjoy the evening during social time. You are welcome to introduce and lead your favourite games!
You will be doing mostly two-to-one (two locals and one English-speaking participant) and one-to-one speaking sessions.
These sessions are an opportunity to share your culture, personal experience and way of life but also to learn more about local participant’s life, projects, dreams, etc.
The programme includes group activities, cultural sessions, study abroad sessions, and lots of fun games, sports activities, and a field trip.
One of the main attractions of the Junior programme are the various field trips and workshops.
The Malta programme includes a lot of day trips: aquapark, boat trip to Gozo Island, excursion to the capital Valletta and many more…
At the end of the programme, local participants will present their presentations and everyone will receive their Angloville certificate of participation.
This is a good time to celebrate and organise a farewell party!
Our programmes are held in various venues throughout Malta, providing participants with the chance to experience different parts of the island. The venues chosen by Angloville are typically located in picturesque and culturally rich areas, providing participants with a unique and enriching experience.
Malta Campus Hub is a new and modern residence, with fully-serviced living facilities. It’s only a few metres from the University Campus, which means there’s nice cafés and shops around to explore.
You will enjoy comfortable communal areas, uniquely designed residential rooms, exercise facilities, and budget-friendly cafés and restaurants in the area.
Also, you will find some of the best food joints, coffee shops, and fashion outlets to keep your free-time as relaxing as possible.
Msida is a harbour town situated very close to the capital Valletta on the northeast coast of Malta. Also, home to the University of Malta, which is a popular student town.
The Bella Vista Hotel is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of St. Paul’s Bay, in Malta. The hotel boasts beautiful sea views and is only a few minutes’ walk away from the beach. The hotel features modern rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, etc.
Our international participants can enjoy a range of amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
The hotel restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine and can accommodate vegetarian diet.
St. Paul’s Bay is a picturesque seaside town located on the northeast coast of Malta. It is a popular tourist destination due to its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, and rich history.

Angloville advises International Participants to arrive 1 or 2 days before the programme starts. To arrive at the first starting city, we recommend: www.skyscanner.com to look for some good flight deals. Budget airlines within Europe (Wizz air and Ryanair) have some great deals for the upcoming months, with fares starting from £30!
On the first stay of the programme, we will be waiting for you at the venue for Lunch at 14:00 and checkin will start at 15:00. We will confirm all the important information in an info-pack (2-3 weeks before the programme starts).
You can book your return flight for the last day of the programme, but make sure you’ll be flying from the capital city, not earlier than 23:00. Generally, our participants prefer to book their return flight the day after the programme to enjoy a proper rest before flying.
Msida is a town in Malta located near the capital city of Valletta, and there are several hotel options available for visitors to stay in. Whatever your budget is, we suggest you use Couchsurfing (for free accommodation), HostelWorld and Booking.com (for a bed in a dorm or a cheap hotel deal), or AirBnB (for a private room or a flat to share).
Public transport is available from Msida. We recommend these lines and routes: 13, 204, 44, 50, X1 and X2. Packing for Malta should be done with comfort, lightweight clothing, and sun protection in mind. The Mediterranean climate with hot summers, are best for breathable clothing, such as cotton or linen, and comfortable footwear. Malta has beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters, so don’t forget to pack swimwear. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are essential items to protect yourself from the sun’s strong rays. It’s the standard European plug, so be sure to pack an adapter for your electronics. Don’t forget to pack your passport, travel insurance, and any other necessary travel documents. Also, it’s a good idea to have some cash and credit cards for shopping, snacks, and other extra activities.
