As a Sales Specialist / Recruiter you will be responsible for:
Selecting the candidates applying for Placement and Volunteering positions with Angloville * Running an active recruitment process: video-conferencing with applicants from the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland etc, following up and ensuring recruitment targets are met
Offering placements on Angloville programs and other solutions to successful candidates. * Being actively involved in creating new Recruitment opportunities through approaching candidates of desired profile directly Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience * Minimum 2 years of work experience in English-speaking environment * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Digital Marketing sector is a big bonus
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary and performance-based bonuses: Php 23,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 per month
