1. REFERENCE LETTER

As mentioned over the phone and in our previous correspondence, Angloville requires one very brief reference from a tutor, employer or person of public trust’s professional email address. The reference must be sent from an official email account (University, company) to info@angloville.com

 

Please use the template below with the subject: “References + Participant’s Full Name“:

“I would like to confirm that based on behavioral record, I see no objection to ________ (participant’s full name) participating in a youth camp and interacting with minors aged 11-17″

_______ (referee’s Full Name, position) 

2. CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK

Due to the nature of the Angloville Programme, i.e. interacting with minors, Angloville cannot accept participants without proof of a clear criminal record. We have identified several institutions and organizations that will assist you in obtaining the criminal record check. The cost ranges from 20 to 40 USD (UK, US), and of course, you are free to use the certificate for other purposes later.

You will bear the cost of the record check. Terms and conditions apply to each of the providers.

3. TRAVEL CONFIRMATION

Let us know your travel details as soon as possible. We can recommend international and local travel companies to help you to book your flight, train or/and bus tickets. Please use the subject: “Travel details + Participant’s Full Name“ and send the documents to info@angloville.com.

4. PHOTO OF PASSPORT

Please take and send us a clear scanned copy or photograph of your passport.

Please use the subject “Passport + Participant’s Full Name” and send it to info@angloville.com.

5. INSURANCES

Be aware that Health and Travel insurance is mandatory as laid out in our terms and conditions which you agreed to when you first applied. 

HEALTH. You fully assume all risks to person and property in connection with your participation, including, but not limited to, travel delays, property damage and loss, bodily injury, sickness, disease and death. You are in sufficient physical and mental health to participate in the Programme, and do not have any physical or mental conditions which could affect your ability to participate in the Programme. You have or shall have medical insurance coverage appropriate for your participation. Angloville shall not provide any insurance for you in connection with your participation in the Activity. We stress that Angloville does not cover any of the medical expenses before, during or after the programmes you participate in.

TRAVEL. Travel insurance intends to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, flight accident and other losses incurred while traveling abroad. It can generally be arranged at the time of the booking of your trip. Note that some credit card issuers offer automatic travel insurance if travel arrangements are paid for using their credit cards. There are many travel insurance policies available in the market place. In case of a cancelation, Angloville won’t be held responsible for a refund of any kind. 

 

NOTE: All of the mentioned documents need to be sent within the next 21 days. Otherwise, Angloville reserves the right to suspend or/and cancel your application. 

As per Data Protection Act, you are allowed to hide the information on your documents that are not required by Angloville and/or local laws. Your personal data are processed fairly and lawfully, according to specified and lawful purposes in the country you will be staying in (local regulations and child protection laws)
