Join us for the experience of a lifetime and become a Native Speaker Coordinator or Activity Leader on Angloville Kids, Junior and Adult programmes in Europe! We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who will bring passion and energy to our programmes!

 

NS COORDINATOR

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

  • love to work with people, especially children and teenagers;
  • have strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • know how to manage a group;
  • like to travel and explore new cultures;
  • are full of good ideas and are creative;
  • have the ability to cope with unique challenges;
  • have a range of hobbies and interests.

DUTIES:

  • taking care of the wellbeing of volunteers;
  • making sure that volunteers adhere to the rules and regulations of our programmes;
  • explaining the course outline and expectations to our native speaker volunteers;
  • communicating effectively with the Angloville Head Office;
  • encouraging native speaker volunteers to speak to and motivate participants;
  • answering questions and helping to solve problems that arise during programmes;
  • organising games and fun activities for the group;
  • working alongside the Activity Leader and Local Coordinators to organise our programmes;
  • helping to take care of the participants;
  • deputising for native speaker volunteers in the case of absence;
  • leading the walking tour for native speakers before our programmes.

 

ACTIVITY LEADER

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

  • love to work with people, especially children and teenagers;
  • have strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • know how to manage a group;
  • like to travel and explore new cultures;
  • are full of good ideas and are creative;
  • have the ability to cope with unique challenges;
  • have previous experience with running games and different activities.

DUTIES:

  • leading daytime activities and evening events;
  • working to ensure all participants are engaging fully in the activities programme;
  • taking responsibility for explaining and promoting activities;
  • working alongside the Native Speaker Coordinator and Local Coordinators to organise our programmes;
  • helping to take care of the participants;
  • deputising for native speaker volunteers in the case of absence.

 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY WHEN YOU:

  • Are aged 18+;
  • Are an English native speaker or your linguistic skills are at a native level;
  • Have successfully completed Angloville programmes in the past;
  • Have a passport from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada or the United States (on some occasions applications from those with other EU passports may be considered);
  • Have completed High School;
  • Have proof of a clean criminal record that is valid during your time with Angloville.

 

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Free accommodation (shared) and full board (3 meals a day) during programmes;
  • A salary of 260 euros (gross) per programme completed in the role of NS Coordinator or Activity Leader;
  • Accommodation (shared) in the departure city the night before a programme begins;
  • A travel allowance between programmes (if transport between departure cities is required);
  • One or two week(s) off with free accommodation provided in Warsaw.

 

PACKAGE OPTIONS:

(Please only apply if you are available for the full date range of your chosen package. Alterations or bespoke requests can not be accommodated).

Option 1 – All summer – 23/06/21 to 28/08/21

  • Mandatory training – Wednesday 23rd – Saturday 26th June 2021;
  • 5 weeks as a NS Coordinator or Activity Leader (or combination of both);
  • 2 weeks as a native speaker volunteer;
  • 2 weeks off with accommodation provided in Warsaw.

Option 2 – Half summer – 23/06/21 to 31/07/21

  • Mandatory training – Wednesday 23rd – Saturday 26th June 2021;
  • 2 weeks as a NS Coordinator or Activity Leader (or combination of both);
  • 2 weeks as a native speaker volunteer;
  • 1 week off with accommodation provided in Warsaw.

 

THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

  • Fill in the application form below;
  • Upload copies of your passport (or national ID card), CV/resume and recent criminal record check to the application;
  • You will be informed by email about whether or not you have been shortlisted for an interview;
  • If shortlisted, have an online interview via Google Meet – ongoing from March 2021;
  • Successful applicants will be informed of our intention to offer them a position and a programme schedule will be allocated for Summer 2021.
