Join us for the experience of a lifetime and become a Native Speaker Coordinator or Activity Leader on Angloville Kids, Junior and Adult programmes in Europe! We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who will bring passion and energy to our programmes!

NS COORDINATOR

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

  • love to work with people, especially children and teenagers;
  • have strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • know how to manage a group;
  • like to travel and explore new cultures;
  • are full of good ideas and are creative;
  • have the ability to cope with unique challenges;
  • have a range of hobbies and interests.

DUTIES:

  • taking care of the wellbeing of volunteers;
  • making sure that volunteers adhere to the rules and regulations of our programmes;
  • explaining the course outline and expectations to our native speaker volunteers;
  • communicating effectively with the Angloville Head Office;
  • encouraging native speaker volunteers to speak to and motivate participants;
  • answering questions and helping to solve problems that arise during programmes;
  • organising games and fun activities for the group;
  • working alongside the Activity Leader and Local Coordinators to organise our programmes;
  • helping to take care of the participants;
  • deputising for native speaker volunteers in the case of absence;
  • leading the walking tour for native speakers before our programmes.

ACTIVITY LEADER

YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:

  • love to work with people, especially children and teenagers;
  • have strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • know how to manage a group;
  • like to travel and explore new cultures;
  • are full of good ideas and are creative;
  • have the ability to cope with unique challenges;
  • have previous experience with running games and different activities.

DUTIES:

  • leading daytime activities and evening events;
  • working to ensure all participants are engaging fully in the activities programme;
  • taking responsibility for explaining and promoting activities;
  • working alongside the Native Speaker Coordinator and Local Coordinators to organise our programmes;
  • helping to take care of the participants;
  • deputising for native speaker volunteers in the case of absence.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY WHEN YOU FULFIL ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • English is your first language
  • You are between the ages at 18 and 35
  • You have a clear criminal record

WHAT WE OFFER:

PACKAGE OPTIONS

(Please only apply if you are available for the full date range of your chosen package. Alterations or bespoke requests can not be accommodated).

Option 1 – All summer – 20/06/2022 to 27/08/2022

  • Mandatory training – Monday 20th – Saturday 25th June 2022;
  • 5 weeks as a NS Coordinator or Activity Leader (or combination of both);
  • 2 weeks as a native speaker;
  • 2 weeks off with accommodation provided in Warsaw.

Option 2 – Half summer – 20/06/2022 to 30/07/2022

  • Mandatory training – Monday 20th – Saturday 25th June 2022;
  • 2 weeks as a NS Coordinator or Activity Leader (or combination of both);
  • 2 weeks as a native speaker;
  • 1 week off with accommodation provided in Warsaw.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Upload copies of your passport (or national ID card), CV/resume and recent criminal record check to the application;
  • You will be informed by email about whether or not you have been shortlisted for an interview;
  • If shortlisted, have an online interview via Google Meet
  • Successful applicants will be informed of our intention to offer them a position and a programme schedule will be allocated for Summer 2022.
