COORDINATORS TEAM – TEAM LEADER

Angloville is one of the biggest providers of language programmes and travel in Europe. Every year, thousands of participants across Europe take part in our 1 or 2 week long cultural exchange programmes that are focused on language immersion. Our portfolio of products include language immersion programmes, year abroad programmes and online language teaching.
Being a market leader in Poland and an industry pioneer, we are strongly focused on the future and international growth. We are looking for people with a “can do attitude” and people who have a mindset of improving. We are currently looking for a Team Leader in our programme staffing department. Every year we hire and train hundreds of programme coordinators and ESL teachers from all around the world.

YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for planning the resources we need
- Responsible for creating and implementing a coordinator/ESL teachers recruitment process
- Setting KPIs and measuring the results of the team
- Training the recruited team members based on the product needs
- Motivating/managing the team during the product delivery season
- Troubleshooting
- Collaborating with other teams and team members
- Working in one of our offices across Europe with remote work options available (first 12 moths in Kielce, Poland office)
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in sales, recruitment, marketing, education or the travel industry
- Team management experience would be beneficial
- Previous experience with HubSpot/Pipedrive or other CMS systems
- Hands-on mentality, communication and organizational skills, a fine attention to detail, the ability to follow processes and to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
