You will be doing mostly one-on-one (one local and one English-speaking participant) conversational sessions, but programmes include group activities, telephone sessions, pronunciation sessions, and mock negotiation sessions as well.
The first day starts with getting to know each other and features a programme introduction. In the afternoon you will participate in ice-breakers and begin the first speaking sessions. You will take part in various 50 minute sessions, and you will also work with your assigned local buddy on their presentation on a topic of their choice, which they will present at the end of the week.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) last one hour each and there are also 1,5 hours of free time daily. After a day filled with sessions and activities, you will have a chance to rest and have fun in the evening during the entertainment hour and social time. You are welcome to introduce and lead your favourite games! At the end of the programme, all local participants will give their presentations and you will all receive the Angloville certificate of participation.
Topics and materials are always provided, but we do not limit the format of the conversations and participants are free to talk about anything they like while taking a stroll, playing sports, enjoying a tea or coffee, etc.
Each Angloville venue offers various amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, jacuzzis, saunas, table tennis and pool tables, walking and cycling trails, etc. Enjoying what the venues have to offer is part of what makes Angloville such a unique and fun experience.
